I am a Magento Certified Solutions Specialist (MCSS) who specialises in delivering Magento end user training. The role includes the development of course material, step by step guides and the facilitators guides to ensure the smooth running of all courses.
I am also responsible for the marketing of MageTraining. We use many channels to communicate with our customers and prospects including the development of helpful documentation, podcasts, videos as well as using more traditional marketing routes such as Search Engine Optimisation, Pay Per Click advertising and direct mail.
