As a professional educator, I have experience in the classroom with students ranging in age from 10 鈥� 80 years old. Instructional Design in the area of higher education is my primary interest. In addition, investigation into Multi-generational Teaching and Learning, Active Learning and Teaching Strategies, Cultural Competence, Peer Observation, and Experiential Education are secondary focuses. I am also active in global educational activities. My educational and professional experiences have prepared me to be an educator in all areas of business and education.
