About
Yanwei Fu is a postdoctoral researcher at Disney Research Pittsburgh, working with Leon Sigal. My office is in the Collaborative Innovation Center on the Carnegie Mellon University campus.
Yanwei Fu got his PhD with the supervisors Tao Xiang and Shaogang Gong in Queen Mary University of London and supported by fully scholarship from QMUL. Before coming to Queen Mary, Yanwei studied in Nanjing University, China. His research includes attribute learning for image/video understanding, lifelong learning, open set recognition, open-vocabulary object detection/retrieval, as well as some multimedia applications such as multi-view video summarization and image segmentation.
