Exercise Science/Health and Wellness:
Research experience in several educational and exercise physiology based projects, collaborating with scientists internationally. Wellness promotion experience through personal training, behavior programming, health risk appraisals, and implementation of Exercise is Medicine initiative at Central Michigan University. Active immersion in research, teaching, and wellness projects has allowed for the development of several work applicable skills including:

-Program implementation, development, and management
