Mohamed Gamil Rayan is a researcher of Plant Biotechnology and Tissue Culture in Desert Research Center, Egypt. He received his M.Sc. degree on the in vitro propagation and conservation of distinctive genotypes of Vitis vinifera at Faculty of Agriculture, the University of Alexandria, Egypt, in 2013. He got his Ph.D. at the University of Kazan Federal, Russia, in 2019. He works on the in vitro propagation of Vaccinium corymbosum and in vitro production of anthocyanins from its callus and cell cultures.
