Guy Rossi is a nationally recognized presenter on law enforcement topics and instructional development. He was formerly the Program Coordinator 鈥� Curriculum Design Instructor for Law Enforcement Training Programs at the Public Safety Training Center as well as a Sergeant with the Rochester Police Department overseeing recruit, defensive tactics and field training. Rossi is a Master BMP Instructor and has authored over two hundred articles and commentaries on force management, defensive tactics, firearms and officer survival.
