Responsible for the design and production of localised contingency plans, organisational Business Continuity Plans, and pan-regional multi-agency resilience plans including the London Mass Fatality Plan. Implemented this plan through the construction of a 拢5.5 million Resilience Mortuary in response to the London Bombings of July 2005.
