Maintenance Contracts Specialist (Current)
Contracts Management of Tetra Pak customers, based on maintenance of filling machines and distribution equipments, ensuring the correct operation of the contract and its results according to planned. I've participated in the development and improvement of new contracts, including field work (analysis).
Customer support in order to find solutions for their equipment maintenance. I am also responsible for financial and technical support to existing contracts, coordination of technical staff, deviations analysis and creating action plans, MME analysis, MTBF, MTTR and performance in general, proposing actions for improvement.
