I did my engineering in Electronics and Communication from JUIT SOLAN. After graduation, I worked with INFOSYS Limited as a senior system engineer, for 26 months. I have done my MBA degree in HR domain from NMIMS Mumbai. During my MBA days, I also worked as a Freelance HR recruiter for NECTO Technologies Mumbai. I did my summer internship at HCL technologies in recruitment domain. I am currently working as an Associate Manager in HR at Sterlite Copper - A unit of Vedanta Group in Tuticorin. At STERLITE COPPER,I have handled Talent and Performance Management and am currently handling the role of HR Business partner.
