• Preparation of certificate of analysis for water miscible cutting fluids, neat oils, lubricants, cleaners and approve it.
• Table tests (pH, refractive index, haze, density, stability, viscosity, color (ASTM), Flash point, copper corrosion, non-volatile) of products.
• Approve Raw material coming in by comparing with our specification.
• Approve report of used oils by customers that weather oil working fine or not by checking its pH, concentration, chloride, sulfate, Anti-rust, residue, bacteria check, water content, acid value, COD, TSS, Hardness, Tramp oil etc. as per problem occurring in application.
• Good Knowledge of pH meter, refractometer, haze meter, block heater, chiller, cano...
