Dr. Gary Broils, DBA, PMP is a management consultant with a career of progressive experience in IT and process improvement taking multi-million dollar, large scale, and high impact projects from conception through all aspects of the project life cycle. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute and Certified Scrum Master. Gary has an undergrad degree in Computer Information Systems, a Master鈥檚 of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
