The most valuable part of my job is _to listen and understand_, then to assist and facilitate. I don't believe in "spray and pray" training, and I have learnt that you don't need to be arrogant and to wear huge knotted tie to be a good consultant.
The cornerstone of my activity on projects and innovation is a well structured common sense. I believe that there is no such thing as a Procedural Magic Wand or a Holy Management Framework. It all depends on the ability of finding a good mix of pragmatism, endurance and rationality, never forgetting that the key ingredient is people.
