As E-business Officer I'm responsible for all activities concerning Shimano's E-business platform being used at all European sales offices (both Bike & Fish). I'm acting as a linking pin in between internal stakeholders and external customers. Translating needs and interest to propositions and concepts through functional specification, information analysis and -design.
In the role of product owner I'm leading the transition of Shimano to an enterprise E-Commerce platform (by implementing Hybris Commerce and Adobe Experience Manager).
