At this moment I'm managing a program of projects in the environment of LED and Conventional Lamp Operations. These projects are linked to the industrialisation of LED lamps and electronics produced in Poland (develop and drive the industrial strategy, DfM/A and industrial road-mapping of product innovations,realise capacity growth and cost reduction) and transformation of Conventional Lamp Operations around the globe.
In these projects I build on a broad experiences in people and performance management, lean operations, six sigma and lean improvement projects, purchasing and quality management.
