My design process is based on Hugh Dubberly's "The Creative Process" model of OBSERVE, REFLECT and MAKE. The process is non-linear so you can move to any other stage from nay other and the process can take as little as a few minutes or stretch to an entire product release. It also pushes you to move forward with purpose and intent; to test what you know quickly; and to FAIL FAST, LEARN FAST.
