Started life in Business Process and Risk advisory with the Big 4; Ernst & Young and then KPMG. It helped me work in different industries, geographies, people and problem solving situations.
Moved from advisory to execution to head the finance function of a start up Cable TV company. The four years here helped me see how a start up went on to become the third largest in the country and what it could have done better. It taught me raising funds, acquisitions, finding talent, investor management, making business decisions, lobbying, and why Processes work or don't work in companies.
