I'm an aspiring drummer/ musician making a joyful noise. I too, like a lot of other drummers, got my start in the church. Only through God's favor have I been able to experience what I consider a rewarding career as a "Gospel Drummer". If I may offer one piece of advice to anyone who wants to do this professionally: stay humble and let God elevate you. Never make the mistake to think that it's all about you and your gift. I have never thought myself to be any more than a mediocre drummer but God has afforded me the opportunity to exercise and share my gift with many groups and artist which include:Dionn Owen & Renaissance, Rev.
