I woke up one morning about two months after retiring, and realized that I was looking forward to watching Oprah. They heard my scream down the block. I had been planning to bake all the cheesecake recipes I'd been collecting for the last forty years, so I jumped out of bed and started baking. I kept it small, and concentrated on perfecting--and inventing--cheesecake recipes. Relied on word-of-mouth advertising, and it kept me going. Now, it's time for phase two. Stay tuned...
