As a HR Trainee at Europastry I am working on:
- Identificate the high potencials within the Industrial Department. (6 production plants)
- Create the Europastry's University
- Disign individual development plans for each high potential.
- Redisign new talent plans on recruiting, and its develop pathway.
- Analysis of HR Business situation. Needs and opportunities.
- Design the intern communication plan.
- Design new HR KPIs and program it into excel sheets to provide relevant information to take decisions.
- Provide the business with a system to get rellevant information in the interviews and analyse it automatically showing KPI like impact of loose, the risk of loose, the competence...
