Gerhard is an experienced leadership and executive coach and consultant in the field of organisational development. He has vast experience in individual and team coaching and worked with clients such as Telesure, MTN, University of Johannesburg, Chemserve, BASF, Transnet and Avery Dennison. He completed a Masters of Commerce degree in 2003 with the dissertation title: The need and process for the change from a management to a leadership culture in organisations.
