Motivation After being a senior consultant Human Resource Development in one of Hollands leading training agencies, I decided to learn from occasional succeses and a handful of failures. I combined my talent, knowledge, experience and passion for people to build a leading edge HR-Tech company together with my Business Partner (Gerrit Brouwer).
