Experience preparing production part approval process (PPAP) elements, such as bill of material (BOM) routing, process flow diagram, and standard packaging. Prepare sample product for prescanning test, engineering pilot (EP), and final engineered product (FEP). Provide line tooling and layout design. Excellent knowledge about plastic injection molding process, blow molding process, plastic materials/additives/master batch, spray painting process, and tampo printing process. Able to read and understand engineering drawing and product testing methods.
