鈥� Data and cloud services have been my passion through the course of my professional career. At Samsung Research America, I built and led a team of data scientists and data engineers to collect user behavior data from Samsung services. We built data infrastructure such as ETL, pipeline, data processing and analysis on top of AWS Hadoop/MapReduce framework. The deliverables of such work include service dashboard and insights on service performance, UX improvement recommendations, marketing optimization and service personalization for variety of Samsung services and devices such as Galaxy Smart Phones, Tablets and Smart TVs.
