Presently, I am working as Teaching and Research Personnel in the Department of Food Science and Technology at Uttarakhand University of Horticulture and Forestry, Bharsar, Uttarakhand India.
I did my PhD with specialization of Postharvest Physiology from the department of Postharvest Technology at Dr Y S Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan, HP, India
and
MSc in Fruit Fermentation from the department of Postharvest Technology, Dr Y S Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan, HP, India.
I had also worked as research fellow in the project "Research and development of ready to serve and ready to cook food recipes for mid-day meal scheme/ICDS"...
