Ghislain Delabie (Telecom Bretagne, ESSEC MBA) is an expert in mobility services for the Smart City. He was previously in charge of several large-scale projects, from conception to roll-out : smart charging for EV car fleets, sharing and support services for EV corporate fleets, carsharing and ridesharing integrated services for a whole district, South of Paris.
