I'm a final year PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne. My PhD research is in the field of systems biology - which lies in the intersection of computer science, biophysics and cardiac physiology. I am simulating a 3D model of a tiny heart cell using high performance computing, and using this model to predict how diseases like diabetes can damage our heart.
Besides my research, I also work with my research group on development of VR and AR based games for teaching biology in high schools.
