Gilbert Mwiinga is a mobile software developer passionate about using technology for social change.
After graduating from college, Gilbert was employed as an IT intern at VVOB Zambia to do IT related services, from there Gilbert cultivated an interest in developing Software, and was then introduced to Mobile software development. In addition to this Gilbert is now exploring ways technology can help empower disadvantaged groups and spark civic engagement.
