I am the owner of Allergeena Gluten Free Baked Goods 鈥� it鈥檚 a licensed Micro-Bakery based in my home in South Portland, Maine. I opened for business in March of 2010. I've been practicing a Gluten Free Diet since 1999.

In the beginning, I followed the diet to the letter. Later when I felt 鈥渟o good鈥�...I took a chance and added gluten back into my diet and knew immediately that I could not.. It was a tough transition...it took about a year for me to completely change my diet.
