Gavin first developed a keen interest in the built environment during his honours degree studying Environmental Monitoring and Management at the University of Derby in 2000. Gavin now has over 12 years of experience working in energy use in buildings both in the industry and for Government.
Some of his key achievements include technical authoring of industry guidance for the Energy Saving Trust, leading a series of Part L training events for DECC and delivery of an EU SAVE project which lead to the establishment of the PassivHaus standard in the UK.
