My experience in the airline business spans over a period of 8 years. I was exclusively an Operations staff for over 3 years and was subsequently transferred to Human Resource where I have been for close to 5 years. Prior to that this I was a Public relations officer and Research assistant at a Development Centre.
My key skills in HR are Employee relations, Industrial Relations, Performance management, Job description development, Policy writing, Competency development, HR research, Aviation Safety ,Security ,Operations and Organisational development
