I am managing the Italian branch with full P&L responsibilities, being the "trait d'union" between the Swedish HQ and the singularities of the italian market.
I created the entire organization, defined the internal processes, developed the relationships with existing and new municipalities, identified the local strategies and tactics to increase market penetration, revenues and profits, created the relationships with media and business partners.
