Mr. Carton has over 25 years of experience in environmental policy and studies focusing for the past 15 years on munitions and explosives issues. He has spent the past ten years in the Pentagon supporting the Director for Munitions and Chemical Matters in the Office of the Deputy Assistant of the Army for Environment, Safety and Occupational Health.
