Hi, my name is Gareth Mark and I live in Asheville, North Carolina.
I've been a line cook a few times, a pastry chef, a culinary instructor, a personal chef, and an artisanal bread baker. As an in-store Culinary Expert, I taught weekly cooking classes at Williams-Sonoma for several years. Additionally, I presented food tastings and cooking demonstrations at various retailers in the Portland, Oregon area.
