The student will explore the theme of 'Landscapes' by creating 'bodyscapes' that portray the human body as a landscape. They will photograph people's backs, legs, and arms to explore the form of the body, and will also take landscape photos important to the subjects' lives. Using photography and Photoshop, they aim to show the relationship between the body landscapes and background landscapes as part of telling the stories of the models.

2. ï‚ž The theme I have been given is 'Landscapes' within this
theme I will explore bodyscapes as a landscape, I have
chosen bodies as I feel that they are an interesting and
different way of creating a landscape of a person instead
of a place. With a bodyscape you can explore the shape
and form of the body in comparison to a landscape while
still investigating the personality of the person you are
photographing. I will be taking photographs of peoples
backs, legs and arms in order to explore the body as a
landscape form, I will then take photographs of
landscapes that are important to the models life in the
style of Eggleston and will use layering and photoshop to
show the relationship between the two. Having
backgrounds which are relevant to the models will make
my photographs a lot more interesting as the photographs
will tell two stories with one about the model themselves.
6. I am going to start off by exploring portraits and landscapes
