Muhammed Sever is a decorated military officer living in Kocaeli Turkey. Having graduated from Turkish Military Academy, he commanded various gendarmerie units at team & Coy levels. In addition, he served in Turkish General Staff headquareters and NATO Centre of Excellence Defence Against Terrorism (COE-DAT) for six years. During this period, Major Sever attended a number of NATO meetings, seminars, conferences & working groups particularly on assymetric threats, terrorism & CBRN. He served in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2006-2007 (EUFOR/Althea) and Afghanistan in 2014 (NATO/ISAF).
