Pakistan • Managing NOC BO (back office) comprising of OSS, Configuration, Complaint Management, Analysis and Reporting teams. • Have Extensive experience of both front office and back office covering jobs from fault management/trouble ticket handling to routine reporting and performance management • Have hands on experience of Access network operations on multiple vendors (ZTE, Huawei, and ALU) • Working knowledge of TXN, NSS, and VAS networks • Efficient in Internal and External customer handling • Performance evaluations of Managed Services Vendors base
