I am an entrepreneur, marketing consultant, and early-stage angel investor primarily focused on companies and industries that are leveraging social media and technology to disrupt traditional institutions and culture. Brand strategy lies at the heart of my work.
Most prominently, I co-founded the pioneering digital marketing firm, iballls Internet Media, which I ran as President before selling to Seattle-based competitor Avenue A/Aquantive (purchased by Microsoft 2007). There, I led process and technology integration, including the Atlas Ad Serving system (purchased by Facebook 2013), prior to a successful IPO and exit from the company in early 2000.
