The document summarizes efforts to address widespread rape of children in Haitian refugee camps following the 2010 earthquake. Psychologists collected data finding 6,000 minors had been raped across 7 camps housing 300,000 people. They provided brief therapy, cell phones to document crimes, legal aid and safe houses. Children shared their stories on camera. Rapes then fell to zero, over 6,000 arrest warrants were issued, and 51 alleged rapists were jailed, empowering the camp residents. Donating $2 to the organization can help maintain these efforts.
