My work focuses on two complementary areas: (1) advancing public policy to promote the collaborative development of effective SIB market structures; and (2) supporting public and private organizations that want to participate in high-quality SIB transactions. The first area involves advising, writing and teaching about the economics and infrastructure requirements of SIBs, while the second entails working with investors, governments and other stakeholders to source opportunities, assess investment readiness, define reasonable outcome targets and payment triggers, and engage in public procurement and contracting.
