I think of myself as a Full-time Marketing professional who acts as a Part-time Professor, although my dedication to both fields switch, from time to time... I am often described by others as a Strategy-Oriented person, a tough and straightforward decision-maker, and a passionate communicator. For over 20 years, my career has focused on SERVICES, whether you refer to ACTIVITIES/ SKILLS, within a wide concept of Marketing (Consumer Behavior, Customer Service, UX/CX, CRM, Loyalty...), or to INDUSTRIES that are service-related (Advertising, Tourism, Consultancy and, of course, Retail).
