1. We can only reserve an item for only 2 business days. Reserved items are considered sold. Never reserve an item if you don鈥檛 intend to buy.
2. After ordering, you have 2 business days to send the payment. Our cut off time is 12noon only. If we don鈥檛 receive a payment within the said cut off day, your order will be cancelled.
3. NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY. Note that all items are in good condition before shipment.
4. We will not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier; hence, tracking numbers will be given to the buyers.
