I'm interested in understanding complex relationship between sequence, structure, functions and interactions of protein using computational analysis of biological data. I'm working on developing new approaches to predict a model protein structures, function and interactions. I'm also interested in addressing some of the fundamental questions in protein science such as implications of the protein evolution in biological processes and pathways, gene identification, gene therapy, identification and development of active site, biomolecular structure modeling and ligand design and protein-protein & protein鈥揇NA specific interactions.
