Gordon has developed monitoring and evaluation frameworks for international donor programmes ranging from private sector promotion initiatives for governments, to sector wide HIV prevention initiatives for industry bodies. He is also an international Master Trainer and Curriculum Designer in interactive learning techniques having designed various training programmes in a variety of fields. These lessons and curricula have been used from West and Southern Africa to India and the Far East.
