Till May 2012, he was VP & Country Manager with SapientNitro and led the marketing services business in India. He was responsible for growing the client base in India and in the region. He setup the team that went on to win a Bronze Effie for Sprite in 2011, a Gold and a Silver Creative Abby for ABSOLUT in April 2012.
In his first stint at Sapient, Ram spent eight years in a pure technology role and managed large-scale distributed e-commerce projects across North America, Europe & India in a highly demanding Fixed-Time/ Fixed-Price model.
