Karrol-Jo (KJ) Foster is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addiction Professional, Advanced Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist, and Researcher. She works as a clinical research therapist at The Treatment Center of the Palm Beaches. KJ is also a PhD student at FAU researching the impact of shame on addiction recovery. In addition to her shame research, KJ is co-author of the research project 鈥淪piritual Competence in Counseling: A preliminary analysis of practicing counselors鈥� which is currently in progress.
