I am in the Forensic Consulting Group at Hemming Morse. My work involves analyzing complex financial or accounting issues, and then communicating my findings in an simple and understandable way. On a day-to-day basis, typical things that I do include:
1) Preparing to testify in a commercial litigation matter. I have testified in federal and state courts as well as arbitrations in matters that involve lost profits, the loss in value of a business, out-of-pocket costs, and disputes regarding M&A transactions.
