and technical services for designing green buildings and planning sustainable neighborhood developments. I generally work directly with owners and investors, but sometimes with design teams as well.
I have 16 years of experience providing consulting and project management to deep green developments. As founding director of the Green Building Services Group at KEMA, my team consulted on 160 projects, from affordable housing to airports, including 40 LEED projects. I currently serve as President of the California Infill Builders Council, a non-profit focused on research and education about the benefits of good infill development. I
