As well as educational consultancy work for schools a key part of my work involves designing and delivering educational leadership training and development programmes, based on research, characterised by: • highly interactive activities; • realistic problem solving scenarios; • focused discussion and hands-on group work; • high quality participant materials. In addition my work includes: • ‘Train the Trainers’ leadership resources designed for local delivery by schools, education departments and other organisations, complete with facilitators’ notes, slides, group activities and participant materials • on-going work with schools using a new Learning Conversations model.
