I'm a chemical Industrial Engineer with a Master degree in Industrial Administration.
My major has been Industrial Engineer, and my core experience with Labor Relations and production proceses administrator.
I'm a passionate student and practitioner for Lean Manufacturing. The whole idea of Respect For People, while adding value to the customer and to the company just blows my mind.
I'm founder member of the Lean Community of Guatemala, and have been working with them since 2011, with the advisory of Jim Womack, Lean Enterprise Institute founder (ww.lean.org).
My mission, to grow people! there is always room for improvement.
