I've strategized and operationalized talent sourcing systems, customized tools, and trained sourcing teams to build candidate pipelines for major corporations in multiyear, full-time roles at Getronics, Microsoft, Avanade (with 2 years in between as a full-time trainer with Shally Steckerl) and now State Street, one of the world's largest custody banks. I speak periodically on sourcing & related recruiting topics at industry conferences.
